How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We currently ship all products within the United States and most products to a select list of international destinations, including:

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, or destination. Not all items at BLANC NARÍE are eligible for delivery to all regions. If a shipping option is not available at checkout, it may be due to supplier limitations or carrier restrictions for that particular item.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping with complimentary options for qualifying orders. Rates vary based on item size and destination:
Standard Items
- $7.95 within the U.S.
- $8.95 to international destinations
- Free shipping on orders $100 and over
Bulky Items
(Applies to large non-furniture items such as oversized baskets, planters, or bundled throws)
- $14.95 within the U.S.
- $29.95 to international destinations
- Free shipping on bulky orders $100 and over
Oversized Items (Furniture)
- $39.95 within the U.S.
- $79.95 to international destinations
- Free freight on qualifying oversized orders over $1000
- In some cases, a custom shipping quote may be provided for unusually large or heavy items
When will my order arrive?

Returns
Can I return my order?
Not all products are eligible for returns. Please check the product page for return eligibility before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you based on our supplier’s policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if permitted by our fulfillment partners. If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
