With its uniquely asymmetrical silhouette, this lamp features a solid resin base shaped to resemble a natural fragment of aged wood. Offset beneath an oval cloth-textured shade, the composition feels collected and quietly expressive. Orders Not Received:

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, you may need to provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office to initiate an investigation.

Damaged Products:

If your order arrives badly damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
If your order is partially damaged, we offer a partial refund or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage. Please note that minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches are not eligible for a refund.
For fragile products, we recommend opting for a refund.
For damaged packaging boxes, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the nature of international shipping.
For electronic products, any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Incorrect or Missing Products:

Returns are only accepted at our international warehouse. However, due to high international shipping costs and extended transit times (up to 3 months), we do not recommend returning items.
