Orders Not Received:

• If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, you may need to provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office to initiate an investigation.

Damaged Products:

• If your order arrives badly damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
• If your order is partially damaged, we offer a partial refund or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage. Please note that minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches are not eligible for a refund.
• For fragile products, we recommend opting for a refund.
• For damaged packaging boxes, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the nature of international shipping.
