Applies to most home and lifestyle items, including decor, storage, and textiles.
- $7.95 flat rate within the U.S.
- $8.95 flat rate to select international destinations
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $100
Applies to larger non-furniture items such as oversized baskets, planters, and bundled throws.
- $14.95 flat rate within the U.S.
- $29.95 flat rate to select international destinations
- Complimentary shipping on bulky orders over $100
Applies to furniture and select large-format pieces requiring special handling.
- $39.95 flat rate within the U.S.
- $79.95 flat rate to select international destinations
- Complimentary freight on qualifying oversized orders over $1000
- For unusually large or heavy pieces, a custom shipping quote may be provided prior to fulfillment.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking information is provided for most orders upon shipment. However, some international partners may not offer tracking.
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on fulfillment locations.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If tracking indicates that a package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue. In some cases, this may result in a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Stolen Packages: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. BLANC NARÍE is not responsible for stolen packages, and we encourage customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Delayed Packages: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us for assistance.
